TikTok Files Lawsuit Against Montana Over App Ban. TikTok has filed a federal lawsuit against Montana after the state passed a law aimed at banning the app's download within its borders. The ban, scheduled to be enforced from Jan. 1, 2024, is being contested by TikTok Inc. on the grounds that it infringes upon the First Amendment rights* of the company and its users.

HBO Max Rebranded as Just Max. The streaming service HBO Max has undergone a rebranding and is now known simply as Max, offering a combined selection of programming from HBO Max and Discovery, according to parent company Warner Bros. Discovery ($WBD). The platform includes a wide range of content, spanning various genres and popular brands.
